The Power of Forgiveness

When we choose to forgive, we choose to be free. When we latch onto grudges, we poison ourselves from within. We become vindictive, bitter people. We become no better than the abused bullies of the world.
We spread our pain rather than heal it. As Confucius said, “Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.” One for your intended. The other for yourself.
