Integral Enlightenment Teleseminar Series

February 2, 2010 by Kay · 3 Comments

Integral Enlightenment is doing a weekly teleseminar series on The Birth of Evolutionary Spirituality. Previous talks have been given by Michael Dowd and Brian Swimme. Future speakers include Andrew Cohen, Ken Wilber and Jean Houston. Tonight’s seminar is with Duane Elgin, author of The Living Universe (which is on my Amazon wishlist).

I haven’t been able to listen to any of the talks live yet, but I have downloaded the talks after they have been given. You can do so too by going to their site.

I can’t say that I completely subscribe to the philosophy put forth by Cohen and friends, but I really like some of the speakers that are participating (especially Brian Swimme).

Possibly, but not necessarily, related posts:

  2. Solitude – The Cure for Lonliness

I’m so glad you posted this. I keep getting the emails about the teleconference but haven’t participated in any of them. I’m glad to know we can still listen to them!

  2. Thank you, thank you for this!

I downloaded the Brian Swimme talk, and was gobsmacked.

Why have I never heard of this man before? Not only does everything he says resonate powerfully with me, but he’s a bloody physicist as well!

I’m probably going to go very quiet for the next 24 hours, tracking all his stuff down.

  3. Terri,

I’m go glad you liked him! He has a few YouTube videos out there, as well as a dozen books. :) Have fun on all the searching.
